Major Mold? Must Move

I can tell from the footage I’ve seen that I agree that McNair and everyone else in the building should move while they still have their health. No one has cleaned up the water, much less fixed the leaks and removed the mold. The problem appears to be shoddy building design. If the developers cut corners there then they certainly aren’t going to go out of their way to fix the issue now.

Should You Buy a Moldy Home?

Sellers are required to disclose any past incidents with mold, but it doesn’t hurt to ask. If there was mold growth in the past, find out what caused it in order to determine if there is an ongoing moisture problem in the home.
